We check the image and confirm the delivery date by email; if a new image is needed, or seasonal production takes longer, we agree a new date with you. Your photograph

Upload your original JPG or PNG, up to 20 MB. A clear 4:3 photograph works best; aim for at least 4,000 × 3,000 pixels, preferably 4,530 × 3,409 pixels for 1,000 pieces. Keep faces and important details away from the edges. We contact you if quality or cropping needs clarification before printing.

By uploading, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permission to use the photograph. Northblomst handles the file through Shopify for your order and shares it with puzzleYOU for printing. It is not used in our marketing without separate permission. puzzleYOU states that uploaded images are deleted after one year.
