Shipping Policy – Northblomst

At Northblomst, we offer flower and gift delivery in Denmark.

  1. Delivery Area

We deliver to private addresses, businesses and public institutions in Denmark.

Delivery to non-bridge-connected islands or remote areas may in some cases be limited, unavailable or require additional delivery time.

  1. Delivery Price

Delivery in Denmark costs 69 DKK unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

The final delivery option may depend on postcode, date, capacity and order type.

  1. Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 14:00 may be processed for same-day delivery where possible.

Same-day delivery is available in selected areas and depends on capacity, route planning, product availability and the time the order is placed.

Orders placed after 14:00 will normally be delivered on the next available delivery day, unless another delivery date is selected or agreed.

  1. Preferred Delivery Date

Customers can choose a preferred delivery date when placing an order.

We always do our best to deliver on the selected date. In rare cases, delivery may be affected by capacity, weather, traffic, product availability or other circumstances outside our control.

  1. Delivery Time

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless this has been agreed separately in writing.

Deliveries are typically made between 08:00 and 20:00, depending on the route, area and daily capacity.

During busy periods such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas and other special occasions, delivery times may vary.

  1. Recipient Not Home

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the flowers or gift may be left safely by the door, with a neighbour or according to the delivery instructions provided with the order.

Delivery is considered completed when the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Northblomst cannot be held responsible for circumstances after delivery, including theft, weather conditions, damage caused after delivery or incorrect placement if the delivery instructions were incomplete.

  1. Correct Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, valid phone number and any relevant delivery instructions.

If the address is incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible, or if the postcode or recipient information is wrong, a new delivery fee may be charged for a new delivery attempt.

  1. Delays and Force Majeure

Delivery may in rare cases be delayed due to traffic, weather conditions, operational issues, accidents, illness, peak demand or other circumstances outside our control.

Northblomst cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control.

  1. Flower and Product Variations

As we work with fresh flowers, seasonal products and handmade floral arrangements, flowers, colours, packaging and details may vary depending on season and availability.

If a specific flower or material is not available, we reserve the right to replace it with a suitable alternative in the same style, quality and value, while preserving the overall expression of the product.

Special requests should be added in the order notes or message field when placing the order. We always do our best to follow customer wishes, but we cannot guarantee specific flower varieties, colours or materials.

  1. Funeral, Wedding and Event Deliveries

For funeral flowers, wedding flowers, event flowers and business orders, we recommend ordering in good time.

For funeral deliveries, the customer must provide the ceremony time, church, chapel, venue or exact delivery address. We aim to deliver funeral flowers before the ceremony whenever possible.
