Does it cost anything to request a quote?+

No. The initial request is free and non-binding. Any design work or booking fee is agreed before it begins.

Can you work from inspiration images?+

Yes. Once we reply, you may send images by email. We do not reproduce another florist’s work exactly, but use references to understand your preferred style and direction.

Are specific flowers guaranteed?+

Not until confirmed in writing. Season, quality and market availability may require suitable alternatives, which are agreed with you.

Do you deliver throughout Denmark?+

We assess delivery individually based on postcode, date, project size and capacity. Delivery is confirmed only when you receive our written acceptance.

How early should we contact you?+

As early as possible for weddings and larger events. Smaller requests may sometimes be possible at shorter notice, but availability is not guaranteed.
