Returns, Refunds & Fresh Flower Policy
This policy applies to Northblomst flower delivery orders, fresh bouquets, funeral flowers, sympathy flowers, wedding flowers, event flowers, gift baskets, vases, add-ons and floral gifts delivered in Denmark, Europe, the United States and selected worldwide destinations.
Fresh flowers, perishable products and handmade floral gifts
Fresh flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements, funeral flowers, plants and gift baskets with fresh or perishable items are prepared specifically for each order, delivery date, recipient and occasion. Because of their fresh and perishable nature, these products cannot normally be returned.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a clear quality issue, please contact Northblomst within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. After review, Northblomst may offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the situation.
Denmark flower delivery
For flower delivery in Denmark, including Danish local orders and customers abroad sending flowers to Denmark, fresh flowers and perishable floral products are not normally returnable.
- Fresh flowers, bouquets and funeral flowers cannot normally be returned.
- Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Damaged, incorrect or missing orders are reviewed individually.
- Product photos are inspirational and flowers may vary by season.
Europe flower delivery
For flower delivery in Europe, product availability, delivery time, flower selection and local fulfilment may vary by country, city, season, order time and local florist capacity.
- Fresh and perishable products cannot normally be returned.
- Delivery depends on destination, order time and local capacity.
- Flower colours, wrapping and details may vary by availability.
- The selected value, style and feeling are always preserved as closely as possible.
United States flower delivery
For United States flower delivery, bouquets, floral arrangements, gift baskets and other perishable floral gifts are not normally returnable after delivery.
- Return window for fresh flowers: no standard return.
- Return cost for fresh flowers: not applicable.
- Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours.
- Replacement, partial refund or refund may be offered after review.
Worldwide and international flower delivery
Northblomst accepts international and worldwide flower delivery requests where available. Delivery depends on destination, city, season, order time, local opening hours and florist capacity.
- Availability may vary by country and local florist network.
- Fresh flowers and perishable gifts cannot normally be returned.
- Photos are required for damaged or incorrect orders.
- Each case is reviewed individually by Northblomst.
When refunds, replacements or partial refunds may be considered
Northblomst may review a refund, partial refund or replacement request if the order arrives damaged, the wrong product was delivered, there is a clear quality issue on arrival, or delivery was not completed due to an error from Northblomst or our fulfilment partner.
To request a review, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging if relevant and a short explanation of the issue.
When refunds are not normally offered
- Incorrect delivery address, phone number or recipient details provided by the customer.
- The recipient is not available at the delivery address.
- Access to a building, office, hotel, hospital, church, chapel, funeral home or venue is restricted.
- Delivery is delayed because important information was missing or incorrect.
- Natural flower variation due to season, destination or availability.
- Minor differences from product photos, colours, wrapping, vase, packaging or add-on style.
- Orders affected by local holidays, closed businesses, weather, traffic, access restrictions or local fulfilment limitations.
Product photos, flower variation and availability
Product photos are inspirational. Flowers, colours, greenery, wrapping, packaging, vases, add-ons and details may vary depending on destination, season, availability and local florist capacity.
Northblomst always aims to preserve the selected value, style, colour feeling and emotional expression of the order, even when exact flowers or materials are not available.
Vases and add-ons are only included when clearly stated or purchased separately.
Funeral, wedding and event orders
Funeral flowers, sympathy flowers, wedding flowers and event flowers often require special timing, venue details and careful handling. The customer is responsible for providing correct ceremony or event information, including date, time, church, chapel, funeral home, venue address, contact person and special instructions.
Changes or cancellations of funeral, wedding or event orders may not be possible if preparation, flower sourcing, production planning or delivery planning has already started.
Non-perishable add-ons and gift items
Non-perishable add-ons or gift items may be reviewed individually if the product is unused, unopened and reported within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs, where applicable, are normally the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by an error from Northblomst.

Friske blomster, buketter, begravelsesblomster, blomsterarrangementer og gavekurve med friske varer kan normalt ikke returneres, da de er friske og letfordærvelige produkter, der laves til den enkelte ordre.
Hvis en ordre ankommer beskadiget, forkert eller med en tydelig kvalitetsfejl, skal Northblomst kontaktes inden for 24 timer efter levering med ordrenummer og billeder. Efter gennemgang kan Northblomst tilbyde omlevering, delvis refundering eller fuld refundering afhængigt af situationen.
